Property Condition Policy
If the property is in significantly worse condition than disclosed at booking
Wildflower Cleaning Co reserves the right to:
✔ Apply additional fees before proceeding
✔ Refuse service if unsafe
✔ Retain the deposit if cancellation occurs onsite due to undisclosed condition
All additional charges must be approved before work continues.
Furniture & Rubbish Policy
The property must be completely vacant and cleared of all personal belongings prior to our arrival. (Unless otherwise agreed upon)
Our bond clean pricing is based on an empty property.
Wildflower Cleaning Co does not:
✖ Remove or dispose of rubbish
✖ Remove furniture or large household items
✖ Move heavy furniture (beds, lounges, fridges, wardrobes, washing machines etc.)
✖ Clean underneath or behind large items that remain onsite
✖ Clean areas obstructed by personal belongings
If furniture, excessive items or rubbish remain at the property:
• Cleaning quality cannot be guaranteed in obstructed areas
• Additional charges may apply
• Cleaning may be delayed
• Scope of service may be reduced
• Service may be refused if the property is not suitably prepared
• Deposit may be forfeited if cancellation occurs onsite due to unsuitable access conditions
To ensure full bond clean coverage and real estate standard results, the property must be fully vacated prior to our team attending.
Deposit & Payment Policy
To secure your bond clean booking, a deposit is required.
Deposit
• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking
• Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received
• Deposits secure your date and allocated team
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of:
• Cancellation within 72 hours of the scheduled clean
• Property not being vacant on arrival
• Undisclosed property condition preventing service
• Access not being available at the scheduled time
Payment Terms
• Full payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Payment must be cleared before keys are returned or confirmation of completion is issued
• All pricing is inclusive of GST
• Late payments may incur additional fees
We reserve the right to pause or withhold service if payment terms are not met.
Failed Access / Call-Out Fee
The property must be accessible at the scheduled booking time.
If our team arrives and:
• Keys are not available
• Power or water is disconnected
• The property is not vacated
• Access instructions are incorrect
• Entry is refused
A call-out fee will apply to cover team wages and travel costs.
If re-attendance is required, a new booking date and additional service fee may apply.
Deposits may be forfeited where access is not available as agreed.
Onsite Adjustments
If the property condition differs significantly from what was disclosed at booking:
• Additional fees may apply before work proceeds
• All adjustments will be discussed and approved prior to continuation
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations must be made more than 72 hours prior to booking
• Cancellations within 72 hours will result in deposit forfeiture
• Same-day cancellations may require full payment
