What’s Not Included

To protect all parties and ensure clarity, the following are not included:

✖ Rubbish removal (household or bulk waste)

✖ Removal of hooks, screws, nails or fixtures

✖ Removal of sticky tape, adhesive residue or glue on any surfaces

✖ Removal of blu-tak or similar adhesive products

✖ Paint, plaster or repair work

✖ Heavy mould remediation

✖ Hazardous waste

These must be addressed prior to our arrival.

Our 7-Day Guarantee

We clean to real estate standard.

We offer the guarantee once the property manager/ owners have been through the property, we then honour the requests an return within 7 days for items within our cleaning scope,

We will attend provided:

• The property has not already been re-occupied

• No trades or people have entered after the cleans been complete by the team until the property managers has gone through first.

• The issue falls within our inclusions
